When assessing muscle tissues for tightness, we use movement standards which gives us a real number to work towards without guessing. -
If you’ve have previous scans, whether they are X-ray or MRI we will take to the time to explain your scans in detail so you have a better understanding of what’s going on.
If you have access to reports, bring them to the clinic with you. If you don’t, no need to worry, we can often source your report and images online during your consultation with your consent.
Depending on your condition, sometimes we will refer you for scans or imaging where appropriate.

Each patient is different and each condition has its own timeline. Our goal is to be clear with your diagnosis and provide you with an appropriate timeline for your recovery based of your goals.
Our Rehabilitation Process
Reduce Pain & Inflammation
Our goal is to calm your symptoms and getting you feeling better asap.
Activation
This phase of rehabilitation focuses on the building the fundamentals. Getting the deep, smaller, stabilising muscles to activate and stop the need for other muscle to overcompensate.
Build Capacity
Once we have built the activation phase. We need to increase overall strength and conditioning in these areas. This build resilience in areas that had become weak and reconditioning helping us to solidify lasting changes.
Exercise Integration
This is where most people stop. Once we have activation of the stabilising muscles & have built strength and endurance we need to be able to coordinate it together. This will have the best carry over to the real world and keep you feeling your best.
